A best-selling author, Liza's literary prowess is evident in her 19 published books (photography and writing), including the critically acclaimed "County Fair," lauded as one of the Top Ten Books of 2021 by Smithsonian Magazine, and “Cuban Flavor”, esteemed by National Geographic as one of the Top Best Travel Books of 2018.
Her expertise extends into the realms of lifestyle, commercial, food, and travel with photography and writing, where her work is not just seen but felt. Having explored over 55 countries and 47 U.S. states, Liza's global journeys infuse her work with rich, authentic stories and insights, capturing the essence of each destination and its culture.

Liza's photography clients include Canon USA, Williams-Sonoma, Restoration Hardware, Getty Images, and more. In 2010, Liza was Governor Jerry Brown's campaign photographer, and in 2014 photographed for the RedBull Youth America's Cup.
